We provide decor for proposals, including floral arches, candles, picnic setups, signage, and more. You can choose from one of our preset packages or we can create a custom design based on your vision.
Yes! While our main service is decor, we offer light planning services for an additional fee. This can include help with choosing a location, coordinating timing, recommending a photographer, and making sure everything runs smoothly the day of.
We’re happy to suggest one or two trusted photographers and a few popular proposal locations—after booking. If you'd like help with coordination or a fully personalized plan, we recommend adding our light planning service.
All bookings are non-refundable, and we do not offer credit for no-shows.
You may reschedule one time with at least 5 days’ notice, based on availability. The rescheduled proposal must take place within 60 days of your original date.
We recommend booking at least 3–4 weeks ahead, especially for weekends. Custom proposals or planning services may require more time. Last‑minute availability is limited, but feel free to ask!
Some locations—especially public parks, beaches, and historic sites—may require a permit for a setup. Clients are responsible for researching and obtaining any required permits. We do not operate at any location that requires a permit unless the permit has been secured in advance.
We always monitor the forecast leading up to your proposal. If rain or strong wind is expected, we’ll work with you to adjust the plan—whether that means moving the setup to a covered area or rescheduling if possible. For outdoor proposals, we recommend having a backup plan in mind.
